The Fall Family Festival is an annual fundraising event held at Open School in Westchester and attended by more than 650 people from the school community and surrounding neighborhoods... Our theme this year is Fall in to Wonderland.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 25 from 11am – 4pm. This extraordinary event is produced entirely by parent, student and teacher volunteers and raises funds through ticket sales and event sponsorships. Like all public schools, we do not receive sufficient funding to deliver our curriculum with programs like integrated music, art, technology, garden, physical education, and extra aides for our amazing and dedicated teachers.
Friends of Open School works throughout the year to raise the money to maintain these programs because they are essential to a well-rounded education, and to supporting the mission of our school.
